The use of our solid modeling systems provide highly accurate parametric models which allow our engineers to rapidly conduct tolerance/fit checks and analyze structural configurations, all prior to production.

Rapid Prototyping

We utilize leading edge design tools such as Pro-Engineer and AutoCAD with Mechanical Desktop to produce prototype plastic parts and castings. Our services are designed to reduce time to market and cost while allowing full product evaluation prior to tooling and production.

The Rapid Prototype services we offer are: Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and R.T.V. Tooling (Rubber Molding/Cast Urethanes).
